Graphites are supplied in blocks, slabs, custom blanks, prisms and logs.
The selection of a suitable graphite class for the production of the electrode with the recommendation of the operating parameters of the machine guarantees the optimal use of graphite and the best work results. Our application specialists are ready to provide relevant information.
Graphites are classified according to grain size. However, grain size is far from the only criterion for graphite quality.
EDM-AF5
The finest material for graphite
electrodes, which ison the market
today available. Averageparticle size
less than 1μ gives this classadvanced
properties that exceed the properties of graphites with larger particle sizes. It excels in strength and resistance
to damage.

Bending strength 1200 kg/cm2
Compressive strength 1900 kg/cm2
Hardness (shore): 87
Resistivity (µΩm): 17
Achievable surface: 6 - 16
EDM-3
Isotropic graphite with ultra fine grain,
high strength and exceptional wear
resistance including edge. Easy to mill
and cut on a wire. Especially suitable
for digging deep ribs. It enables high quality of the final surface.

EDM-C3
Highly dense graphite carbonated
with copper. Suitable for machining
high alloys copper content. Easy to mill
and cuts on a wire. Meets the highest
demands for high metal removal rate. It enables the reduction of the number of electrodes with a high quality of the cavity surface.
